Emily Beth
Emily is Leader of the Quartet. A highly gifted young violinist, she was initially taught by mum then Martin Milner, OBE, for 30 years leader of the Halle Orchestra.

She led several Youth Orchestras, featured as soloist in the Beethoven Romance in F, Kabalevsky’s Violin Concerto and Vivaldi’s Seasons before going on to study at the Royal Northern College of Music from which she graduated with Bmus Hons in 2008. She also has an extensive concert solo repertoire and with her sister, Penny, formed the duo Ponticello (click on link below for more).
